Let it snow, let it snow....

Well... it is March 27 and we are having a "white out" blizzard. I literally can not see to the end of our yard. Visibility is getting worse every hour. I40 W is closed because of it. The snow started falling around 1am this morning but the wind is moving the snow all around. Here are some different angles to show you. The pictures aren't the greatest because it is so bright outside that it is a little blinding!

This is out of the laundry room window. This is an regular sized picket fence. We always have our biggest drifts right here. Fun to play in after the wind dies down.
This is out of our kitchen window looking toward that same drift. Can you see the snow blowing off the top? Also, notice the bush on the edge of the right side...

Here is that same bush and where the snow drift starts.

This is out the front door glass window. You can see from the sidewalk that not much snow is there. The flakes are plastered to the glass door but I couldn't open it because snow was sitting on the handle and across the top because of all the wind.

At least I get to stay in my pj's ALL DAY!
